Formatting Guidelines:
Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts should be prepared according to the APA (American Psychological Association) style guidelines.
- Articles should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- Ensure that the manuscript is double-spaced, with 1-inch margins, and uses Times New Roman font (12-point size).
Length
- Research articles typically range from 5000 to 8000 words, including references and appendices.
- Review papers, case studies, and technical notes may vary in length but should not exceed 8000 words.
Plagiarism Check
- Submissions must undergo a plagiarism check before being considered for publication.
- Plagiarism should be less than 15% as measured by reputable plagiarism detection software.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and properly citing any sources used.
Submission Process

- Please include a cover letter with your submission, briefly outlining the significance of your research and confirming that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere.

Peer Review Process
- GJM&T follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of published articles.
